Attention moms of pre-teens HELP!

So my daughter just turned 10 yrs old is driving me NUTZ lately! Dont get me wrong she is a really good kid rarely ever has gotten into any trouble at school or gets into any serious trouble here at home. Her main thing is CARELESSNESS or plain out LAZYNESS maybe?? Since she has started school up again she has has alot of homework every night well some nights more than others. I always look over it and let her know if anything is wrong help her out ect.Well just about ever darn time I check her homework there are just plain out careless mistakes. She will ususally have the correct awnser, but say she writes her math problems so messy and fast you can hardly make them out. Her spelling she will have incorrect words when the words are written on the page in the question right before her eyes. I warm her of this all the time yet she continues to make just carelss mistakes. It is not even a matter of can she or cant she do things I will ask her what is wrong with this word she will say its spelled wrong and proceed to give me the correct awnsers, She can write neatly when she puts the effort in. I am just so frustrated I tell her your awnsers that are correct quickly become incorrect because of just dumb mitsakes! Is this normal stuff for a kid this age or what I am confused here? Then this morn right before she gets outta the car she says here mom you need to sign this its a note that she pinched one of her friends in P.E.! I was s upset she just showed me the darn thing instead of showing me last night then why the heck would she do that for anyway? GRRRRRR I am so frustrated with her I have taken privledges all the normal stuff it just seems like nothing really gets her to "get" it ya know? Any suggestions anything anyone??

Happy Monday...too far from Friday

So this weekend was super fun Sat my hubs mowed the yard between the back and front its huge poor guy..LOL..after that boringness (is that a word??)we got ready and went to Lodi for my father in laws bday had late lunch with the fam including my bro n sis n law and baby Anissa it was a nice day with the fam I must say. Then we relaxed Sat night me and my love and watched t.v. woohooo..LOL. Sunday my sis n bro n law + baby came so me and her can make some bows for the kids! It was our first attempt and I must say they came out pretty good. We just made two so far well one that is actually usuable its pretty easy all in all so I am looking forward to more of that. Then I cooked dinner it was nice hanging with them I want the baby to be close with us and always asking to come to her Auntie and uncles house! I just love having kids around they always make you smile and laugh. Then lets move on to my new holiday decor obsesh....I am so excited to decorate for Halloween as I am all the up coming holidays even more so because we are in our new beautiful house... I have already been buying stuff and I am going tonight for some inside decor. I have been to Ride-Aid a few times and cannot resist! They have their stuff on sale so I just had to pick a few things up I am prob gunna decorate this weekend so I will be posting pics:) and the attached bows is out first attempt ..not bad huh?

I am Alive!

So for the hundreds of readers that are highly anticipating my next blog entry..( now you may LOL)...I am back! I actually am gunna make a point to blog every morn now just to get thoughts out and such! So what has been going on my oldest daughter turned 10 OMG! My baby boy turned 3 and I cant believe that when I say it:( My Adriana started Kindergarden and is soooooo happy to be there. She is so smart everything she should know by the end of this year she has known for atleast 6 months! Me and my husband got into a car wreck a few weeks ago some car slammed into us on the freeway thank god the kids were not with us. I hurt my arm pretty bad the side airbag launched right on my arm and actually burned my arm it still hurts badly:( Our car is totalled it was my husbands work car and our smaller communter car which was nice actually a 2000 VW Passat totally loaded so Im sad to see it go:) Anyway the ins company gave us a rental until we have the check for a new car so we are alive so Im not complaining. All is well with us kids are great, me and my Ramon are great, Ramons work is going great we love our beautiful home thats is OURS!!!My bro in law and his gf had their baby my neice so thats very exciting she about 2 1/2 weeks old so tiny and cute! So far this year has been pretty good god has really blessed our family I have so many things to be thankful for its ridculous! Dont get me wrong days are challenging and sometimes I feel like I am gunna lose it, but my problems are so minor compared to some so I get through it. Life is good, God is good, until the next time.....MUAH!
