Man, I wish I had the money to shop for xmas stuff after the holiday for next xmas!! I went to the mall today with a friend and I cant believe how cheap all the xmas stuff is!! The have the personlized ornaments for like 3 bucks and bath and body works gift sets for dirt cheap just tons of things that make great gifts just discounted down so much!! Not including xmas books for the kids and decorations, if I could buy a year ahead of time I would be set we would save so much. I even think about buying the kids xmas outfits and stuff ahead of time we would save soooo much its so much cheaper!!!

Our Xmas was absolutley perfect. The kids got so many gifts its crazy, and me and my husband made out pretty good too! I got a gift certificate for a spa day me and my step mom will be making a day of it yayy!! It was just a great couple days we had xmas eve at my house with my in-laws it was fun we did the "mexican" xmas haha then my dads the next day was the "white" xmas!!! Im still putting away toys from all the gifts. Im actually really sad its all over this is my favorite time of the year and I feel like it came and went so fast this year. I dont want to put the decortions away or anything. nyway I guess all things good come to an end but luckily If Im' granted I have next year and many more to come!! What a fun night!!!

So today in the morn I basically cleaned house all morn to aftenoon and my hubby hung all the lights and stuff outside since we dident get to that last weekend and the rugrats shuffled between us both. The fun came this eve though we went to my dads house and my stepmom made a lovely dinner then we went to see the xmas boat show ,and the kids dugg that of course!!! It was freezing though luckily we got a front row seat and was able to park the car right at the endge of the Delta and we could just sit in the back of the car with the back open and watch!! Afterwards we got some Marie Calanders pie that was scrumptous so we had a really nice night. I just absolutely love the holidays...sitting at night in the living room smelling my tree and looking at the lights is so nice..

Our Thanksgiving

So we had a nice thanksgiving! It was small this year my in-laws were in Mexico so was my brother in law so that was a good chunk gone. My dad and Jackie spend Thanksgiving with her family so it was just my mom,sister,and brother n law and my nephew. It was nice to be a bit smaller this year. I cooked everything myself.My mom put together my stuffing recipe for me to save me some time, and then we stuffed the turkey with it that came out sooo good. Then she did her mashed potatoes but everything else i did homemade .I was so proud of myself another year I did a good job!! It makes me nervous because its such a big meal, and you cant mess it up!! It was just nice and relaxing I enjoyed!! Today we are having a lazy day, tomorrow is xmas decorations day so there will be plenty to do!! I did not wanna go out into the madness today so I stayed far away from it. I really did not see any deals that would beneift us. So hope all hade a good holiday!! I cant beleive how fast the holidays are coming and going..this is my favorite time of the year.

Christmas

So the list is starting to pile up!! Our ideas are.... for Stomie we want to get her a Nintendo DS or Guitar Hero they are both over 100 bucks so expensive!! Its just hard with her age she is into the expensive stage now. Adriana we want to get her either a lepster or a princess vanity they are both expensive too. Dominic I really want to get him this train table I think he will dig it. I was telling Ramon I feel bad because if we get them big stuff because thats all they get. He made a good point though either we buy them one big thing or a bunch of litlle stuff that they will just break or lose. I think thats so true. Anyways they get a ton of gifts from their grandparents and friends and stuff so its not like our gifts is the only one. We got to my my dads house so grandma and papa spoil them and other relatives give them plenty too. So for thoes who read my blog what do you think a few small things or one big thing whats better?

Silly Sunday

Today was pretty chill. I did alot of cleaning so I dont have to stress so hard during the week!! Sunday like usual is football day all day....haha The kids just hung around the house being their goofy selves.Me and my oldest went on a bike ride that was fun. They watched Kung Foo Panda and the old Wizard Of Oz. They are so goofy I have never seen kids with so much energy!!! I told my husband I wonder if this is how other poeples lives are with 3 kids. We just have to laugh sometimes its so chaotic. I am so blessed with my kids thopugh they are all three such wonderful kids. They are the greatest and hardest thing I have ever had. Kids are so much work and its goes all day long. I have really come to appreciate parents after having my own its really the hardest job ever. Now that my oldest two are 9 and 4 they both have activities and school stuff going on thats a job in itself and my lil monkey hasent even begun anything yet. I cant wait for the day me and my husband get to be two old people retired, and we have grandchildren over and get to see what all are hard work has resulted in.Not to mention we can send them home when we are tired!!! So hope everyone had a good weekend back to reality tomorrow..haha.

Its been two years today...

Craig my husbands best friend and my good friend has been gone now for two years. I cant believe that its been two years since I heard him crack one of his jokes, or make fun of me(he was good for this)for something or another! Me,my husband and craig and his wife we got together almost every weekend. We had so much fun doing nothing. Craig was the type of person that everybody loved. He was a go with the flow guy and was always ready to do whatever was going on. He just enjoyed being around us hanging out with us just as we did with him. He is one of thoes poeple you will never find another to compare to him. We talk about him like you never left us maybe thats some type of comfort we hang on to.He was just the best guy he had a good heart and was a great friend that would stand behind you no matter what.My husband said he feels like a peice of him died with Craig and I really believe that. They had that type of friendship we all wish we could share with somebody, It was that we love the crap out of eachhother and would do anything for eachother but never actually said that relationship!! We lost more than a friend that day he was like family he was my husbands "other wife" hahah. I used to tell them they were like a bunch of women for how long they talked on the phone and craig would always say tell the hens to stay out of it because me and his wife would always chime in!! There is just so many things we all miss about him way too many to ever write. Its so true though what people say you dont know when you will go so take very moment in for what it is. We never thought Craig would leave us and he did just like that.He left a son and a wife. His little boy is the cutest little thing a spitting image of him he would be so porud of him. I know though that he will always live on through him. We love you and miss you craig and you will always be so close to our heart.

Whats new...

So I have been super busy with school man I really got myself into a full schedual!! Im getting good grades, but just maintaining life with three kids and school full time is nutz. I must say the hardest part is the house up keep. If I dident have tons of laundry, dinner, a messy house all the time to clean I think it would be so much easier!! Hey such is life though right? It just alot for me, and my husbad is great but he works full time then has the kids all night alone too so its not like he can just get chores done at night. I just remind myself its for my familys good soon eough I will be able to give my kids the best life possible, and I will have an education. Thats something I never thought I would get until just recently. Next semester I am going to slow it down a bit though. Just so I have a more time, and more time to play with the kids. Staying up till midnight, and waking up at 630 going all day is weraing on your body!! I have proven though I can do it so thats good enough for me. This weekend I have a CPR class for Sat morn then we have Adrianas b-day dinner that night. Sunday we are going to our friend Craigs grave in Dixon it will be two years since he passed this Nov. 11th. Thats makes me so sad, but I know he is in a better place even though we wish he wasent.

Wow...I am SOOO FRICKING happy!!!!

I have taken part in a HUGE part of history. Yes, I voted for Obama and he is our new president. I cant explain how happy I am for this change he gives me hope. There is a no fix all for our worlds problems, but i know he will pave our path towards a better life. For the first time in a long time i think maybe my kids will have a better world to grow up in. This is a huge step in putting our history of racism behind us. Change was obama's slogan and I welcome it and I think the best man won. He is for the people, and me and my family are the people.... Congratulations Borack Obama our first African American president

Our Holloween night of fun!

So our Halloween was great. We all dressed up, it was lots of fun.My husband dressed in tigger the kids adored him, and my brither in law was Henry. Well I put a hat on to be Tiggers wife haha!! Ya I dident buy anything so I made it up...the kids had so much fun there was alot going in the neighborhood we went to. One house was doing candy apples,hot cider,hot chocolate they even had a popcorn machine out! They had a guy playing guitar singing and had balloons for the kids it was so awsome. Dominic did pretty good for his first real year. He said trick or treat and thank you most of the time. He was very much into the decorations though, I think he liked messing with all that rather than the actual trick or treating. The girls just had fun like always ans waaayyy to much candy. Got some really good pics of Adri, Storm had a mask so I couldent do much with that.As for monkey he refused to smile or even sit for a picture so I did my best. Enjoy!!

So last night after a very full day we carved pumpkins! It was alot of fun the kids of course loved it. This was the first year Dominic really did anything with it and he had a blast.He was unsure at first what the heck it was!! It was super messy as expected, but fun. Then today we made Halloween cupcakes. Storm was at school so I saved most of them for her to frost. So we are definently in the Halloewen spirit! I love the holidays its always fun to do all the fun stuff with the kids.Adriana's birthday is coming up to next week. We are debating if we are taking her to Disney on Ice or not.Whatever we do she will love it. I cant believe my baby girl is going to be four:( Time flies way too fast..anyways othet than that jujst a typical bust week school and homework the usual!

So this morning I found my lil monkeys pirate costume! Im so relieved it was more than I wanted to pay, but hes gunna look so darn cute. Halloween for parents with more than one kid is so expensive... three costumes is alot of money! Anyways it will be worth it to see their big 'ol cheez smiles friday night!

So I started looking for costumes a few weeks ago. I dident think I was that late. Apparently I was wrong, I cant find anything for Dominic. All I want is a pirate costume. I'm not even picky anymore about what kind, just a plain pirate. It is just about impossible to find. I have been to atleast 5 stores and i have not any luck! Im getting real nervous....Ahhhh

Love the Weekend!

So far the weekend has been fun fun! Last night we went to eat dinner and got Stormie's Halloween costume. We looked for Dominic's and there is nothing to be found. I really want him to be a pirate,but my lucks running out. For my Storm oh that girl she insisted to be someone from star wars, there was no princess Leia (wich I suggetsed) so she wanted to be Darth Vator!! She had her heart set on it, i wanted anything but a boys costume.I figured though she is old enough to chose what she wants to be so thats what she is!!! We bought a new washer my husband was tired of ours messing u so we just got a new one, so 750 bucks later we have a new washer!! OMG that's is alot for a washer but its really really nice...and i wont have any more isssues with washing clothes. Today was storms last soccer game and then we went twith my parents down to the Tracy outlets and out to eat lunch. Got some deals at the Disney store and gap so that's was good, Deals are always good especially with Xmas coming soon!Tomorrow we are having dinner with the inlaws for my husbands baday that was last week, and other than that I have homework to do..whats new...haha. i just love the weekends though spending time with the family is the best.

Who's at the door?

So I dont let Stormie play outside in the front at all if im not there watching her like a hawk. The kids in the neighborhood are always playing outside riding their bikes in the street, wich Storm is not allowed to do. Im just scared if I dont watch her close she will get hurt or forget to watch for cars or kidnapped. Im just always worried of the worst!! Her friends always come and ask if she can go play and I always say no. Just because I dont want her out of my eye. Sometimes they play here, but usually the times they can play is after school and thats when the little ones nap so its hard to have loud kids playing here. So for the most part she just stays home with us. Finally i have let her go a couple houses down to play with a group of kids. The boys mom watches them from inside and I pop out and check on her.I just realized maybe she is old enough now to play outside with a group of kids I guess thats safe. She knows dont leave where I know she is playing, no streets ect. I just have a hard time letting go that she isnt a baby. I just started letting her pour her own cereal!! I pick her clothes still, wash her hair, I think its time i step off a little. I think it will help her mature a bit more. I remember playing with my friends when I was her age outside, so I guess i shoudent shelter her so much!! I just cant believe my little girl is such a little lady now.

Whats been goin on..

Not much of anything going on this week..just same 'ol. School and crazy family life. We are going tomorrow to get Dominic and Storms costumes finally, so that should be fun. Just going to study this weekend and hang with the rugrats. Its Storms last soccer game Sat and she is feeling sick today poor thing. She threw up two times , and she has a sleep over tomorrow that she prob wont make. I feel bad for her she was so excited, but hopefully she will feel good so she can go.

What a great weekend

So this weekend was so nice. Saturday my husband, his friends, and family went deep sea fishing in Monterey.It was nice for him to get away and have fun he desrves it! So i took the kids to storms soccer game and then went with my mom to Pixie Woods, and the kids had a blast. Today was my husbands birthday, he took the day off so we went to the pumkin patch and to dinner. Then we went to Bass Pro Shop that opened in Manteca and OMG that place is awsome its like an attraction. I was just was blown away how cool it is,I though it was just like the Walmart of fishing supplies!!! I was wrong it is so neat for kids they will luv it.It was just a good weekend the kids had fun, I did as well, and my husband had something for himself to do with his friend and he never does that so all in all it was great! The pumkin patch in Tracy is so fun Dell Oso Farms its huge there are so many things for the kids. Im really really tired thoough we just went and went since Friday! Oh and we went car shopping im in love with the GMC Arcadia, we are watching for better incentives right now they dont have any specials going for it so it would be smarter to wait for one, but I will get it..I absolutely loves it!! A month ago we would have saved around 8000 with the deals, so it would be dumb not to wait for another sale on it. Here are some pics of this weekend..enjoy

Yay for Thursday!!

I'm so glad its Thurs one more day till Fri and Fri is like a weekend to me because i havo no school and can just chill out. Im gunna take the kiddos to the park today Stouffer here in town it has huge volleyball court filled with sand the kids love to play in.The river runs right through it and my lil monkey man is convinced nemo lives in it!!! He yells Nemmooo everytime we go its hilarious, and I think we are going to the pumkin patch this weekend I think I look forward to it more than the kids i luv seeing them have a good time...The only costumes we have got so far is for Adri she is gunna be a poodle skirt girl..it so fits her. Stormie wants to be princess Leia and i think lil monkey might be a pirate. Halloween is so expensive when you have three rugrats!

Its been an exhausting week and its only wednesday

Its been one of thoes weeks so far you know when you feel you cant go anymore?? School has been kicking my butt my brain feels friend daily. I had a essay due, a sociology test, and I have a 5 minute culture speech tomorrow!!! On top of that the chaos is as usual...oh well though i will push on through as always just hate when I get this level of stress my stomach feels like its in knots. Next semester I'm prob gunna do 9 units or so i can do full time, just not sure if I want to. The stress is alot and the last thing i want is my kids being effected by it. I need to remember the whole point i say home with my kids is so i can be heavily involved. School is a great investment for both our futures, but I dont want to regret any moment. Even though I'm with them just about all the time , I dunno its a weird thing t explain i guess. I'm not sure about my socio class but all others I have A's so far so thats a plus!! My husband is doing a deep sea fishing trip with his family and friends this weekend (guy thing) its well deserved so Im happy he gets to do that, me and the kids will prob visit the grandparents or something!!

What a day..uhhhhh

Sooo today was all but calm!! I had my Sociology test today and leading up to it was anything but smooth. Everything that could have went wrong just about did..Of course my printer was out of ink and there was none in town for the life of me. So i went to target and got one wich took time I dident have, then after all that I had about an hour till test. I had to turn in my essay the printer would not print with the new cartridge, it said I needed another one!!! So to make a long story short I had to hope I made it in time and print it at the school wich I have never done before. Well me and my bff get there she is in the class too and found out i need a printer card to print it. Thankfully my bff had cash on her so we bought one and printed..at the end off all this the last page was messed up. I asked the instructor if I could possibly turn it in tomorrow at his office he said sure with no care at all!! No points deducted nothing! So all this for nothing..uhh the crazyness can just get the best of me sometimes. Well when I got home i was so relieved. My kids were all in great moods, nobody fighting over toys, and had the biggest hugs for me,and my husband went and got me Jack In The Box (junkfood is my weakness) so my night is going great.

Our quarterly E.R. visit this past weekend....

So Sat morn was going good we just got back from my daughters soccer game, it was only like 10am. I let the dog in to give her her medication she is a 4 month old basset hound so not a big vicious dog! Well she jumps on my son who just turned two a month ago and he falls right into the corner of the wall. I immediately picked him up he was just screaming, but I just though he hit his head really hard not that he split it. My husband grabbed him and i noticed the side of his head he had about a 1 inch long split right down the side . It was so deep and horrible looking, I just panicked and started crying so then we were off the the E.R. I dont know if its a boy thing , but my son is always hitting his head. Besides the whole dog jumping on him it has always been from him being so crazy. He has fallen so many times and hit his head we have taken him to the E.R. twice just to check his head from all the falls he has. Maybe im just a hypercondriact, but head injury really scares me. I dont remember having this issue with my daughters just my crazy monkey man. I watch him closely, but him just playing running and jumping he scares me!!!!This is the first time he has actually been hurt so I'm thankful. You would think he would be slowing it down a bit because he is hurt..ohh nooo! He acts as if nothings wrong hyper as ever, Im glad he feels good just worried that he dosent hit his two staples he has now for the next 6 days.Just another day in the life of a mommy i guess, Im sure i will worry about all of them till i die even when they are 30 they are my world i would be lost without them....Amber

Presidential Elections

Just wanted to Say I hope eyeryone is voting this election, Im a Obama supporter all the way!! I just think he is our only hope for a change in this crappy society and economy we are all going through right now. My opinion is McCain is gunna bring the same song and dance, and thats obviously not working. Either way whoever you support hope you are all registered, Go Obama!!

My first ever blog

Hello everyone! This is my first ever blog so I guess i will just ramble for a min..hahaha. Well today was a normal day for me and the kids just layed around the house kind of a lazy day, and went to visit my grandma. She is in her late eighties and just loves to death my kids and me. I have been making it a point to visit with her more she is getting old, and I know she may not be here much longer. She says its makes her day when we go over so it was a good day. We had tacos for dinner we call it "taco night" love the tacos, but hate the clean up sooo greasy huh?? For this weekend not much going on for a change just my daughter Stormies soccer game and I got to study like crazy got a sociology test Tuesday so gotta study hardcore fun fun!! Well hope everyone has a good weekend..I love the weekend having my husband home is such a help with the kids i swear they behave so much better guess its a dad thing...im not scary enough!!!
