Im jumpin on the wagon.....

So my bff Alicia has decided to make a post of her weight loss every week on her blog which inspired me to join with her. We are neighbors so we can definently be supporters of one another!! My weight is not such a big problem, but my eating habits are. I eat terrible basically my diet consists of junk junk junk!! I drink soda by the tons and eat ice cream and candy all day its pretty bad. My family has a history of diabetes and heart problems.My dad and me are the biggest junk food junkies of all time. He has diabetes and high blood pressure and takes meds for both. My mom had a heart attack I think she was only in her late thrities or early fourties. She was over weight and ate basically like me and smokes. I dont smoke never have, but most of our life syle habits with eating are very similar. She has in the last few years lost like 80 pounds i believe it is and all by herself!! I am so proud of her for that and now she is not overweight and if she can lose all that I know I can lose 15 lbs!!! My health though is my main concern so my eating is what I need to change, and in the mean while losing a few lbs will be great!! I have 3 kids I need to be healthy and set examples for a husband who himself has lost 80 lbs in like 6 months and a family who loves me and needs me. I dont want me kids to fall into the junk food ways I have and struggle with it like I do so i need to change it sometime. Soon I will post my weight with pics im goin thru my monthly cycle so i will wait till thats over haha. Approximatly I weigh about 149 last time I checked I wear a size 8 I now that and Im 5'6 ish.
